Bring the return instructions, tracking label, or supported QR code. We’ll identify the correct path.
Star MailHub and More accepts eligible return shipments for UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL when the return has the required tracking label, barcode, or supported carrier-program QR code.
The retailer’s instructions control the return. Some returns need a printed carrier label. Some use FedEx Easy Returns or UPS Happy Returns. Some require packaging, while others do not.

Returns must enter the correct carrier or retailer program.
FedEx Returns
Valid FedEx return labels are accepted. Supported FedEx Easy Returns QR workflows are handled through the participating retailer’s program.
UPS Returns
Valid UPS return labels are accepted. Supported Happy Returns QR workflows are handled through the participating retailer’s program.
USPS Returns
Bring a valid, scannable USPS return label and packaging that is ready for USPS acceptance.
DHL Returns
Bring a valid DHL return label or a supported DHL workflow that can be verified and scanned at the counter.
FedEx Easy Returns and UPS Happy Returns have their own rules.

FedEx Easy Returns
Participating retailers may provide a supported FedEx Easy Returns QR code instead of a conventional printed label.

UPS Happy Returns
Participating retailers may provide a Happy Returns QR code with different packaging and item-preparation instructions.
Amazon Returns
We are not currently able to accept Amazon returns.
Amazon support is expected to change in the future, but at this time Amazon returns should be taken to the location specified in the customer’s return instructions.
Follow the retailer’s return instructions exactly.
- Bring the return instructions from the retailer, seller, or sender
- Bring the original printed label, barcode, or supported program QR code
- Bring every item, accessory, and component included in the return
- Use the packaging required by the retailer or carrier
- Do not assume that every retailer QR code works at every return location
The barcode or QR code must scan in the correct system.
A carrier logo in the retailer’s email does not by itself confirm that the return can be accepted here.
For broader drop-off rules, see the Package Drop-Off guide.
Five steps from instructions to carrier handoff.
Bring the return
Bring the item, instructions, label, barcode, or supported QR code.
Identify the program
We determine the carrier and whether it is label-based, FedEx Easy Returns, Happy Returns, or another supported workflow.
Check preparation
We confirm that the correct items and required packaging are present.
Scan the return
The label, barcode, or supported QR code must scan successfully in the correct system.
Secure the handoff
Accepted returns remain secured at the store until the next scheduled carrier pickup.
Need help receiving packages instead of returning them?
Package Receiving gives customers an arranged local location for eligible UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon, and other approved deliveries when receiving packages at home or work is inconvenient.
A private mailbox is the easier long-term option for regular deliveries, while standalone package receiving may be available under a separate arrangement.
Package receiving is a separate service from returns and prepaid drop-offs.
Common questions before coming in.
Do you accept returns for all four major carriers?
We accept eligible UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL returns when the required tracking label, barcode, or supported carrier-program QR code is valid and scannable.
Do you accept every QR code?
No. QR codes work only through supported programs such as FedEx Easy Returns or UPS Happy Returns, or another workflow specifically supported at the counter.
Do USPS returns need a printed label?
Bring a valid scannable USPS return label. This page does not advertise USPS QR-code return acceptance.
Do you accept Amazon returns?
No. Amazon returns should currently be taken to the location specified in the customer’s Amazon return instructions.
Can you print a return label?
Yes. Label printing is available as a paid print service when the customer has a valid label file.
Can you pack or repack the return?
Yes. Packing materials and packing labor are available as paid services when the return requires packaging.
Is every return free to drop off?
Carrier acceptance is generally free. Printing, packaging, repacking, or other requested services may have a charge.
Will I receive confirmation?
Confirmation depends on the return workflow. Successfully scanned returns are entered into the applicable carrier or program system.
Why is this so confusing?
We apologize, but each carrier and its retail partners control which labels, barcodes, and QR-code programs we are allowed to process. It would be simpler if every authorized location could use every return program, but that is not how the systems are configured. We do not like the confusion either—and sometimes a label or QR code that appears eligible will not be accepted until it is actually scanned in the correct system.
Use the page that matches the return.
Questions About Whether We Can Accept Your Return?
Have the retailer’s instructions, label, barcode, or QR code available when you call. We can help determine whether the return appears to use a program supported at our location, although final acceptance depends on a successful scan in the correct system.
