Important: Not All QR Codes Are the Same
Some retailers use different return systems.

At this time, we cannot process Amazon UPS QR code returns due to vendor restrictions.
If your return instructions mention “UPS Store” or do not reference Happy Returns, it may not be compatible here.
When in doubt, call us—we’ll tell you quickly.
Boxed or Unboxed?
Items can be brought in boxed or unboxed. Follow your retailer’s instruction.
We’ll remove packaging as needed and prepare the item for return using the Happy Returns system.
