Why hasn’t my tracking updated?

Sometimes carriers miss a scan, especially at regional hubs. It doesn’t always mean your package is lost. If your package hasn’t updated in 48 hours, we can help check status or suggest the next step. Sometimes USPS doesn’t process until it arrives back to the local post office.

Can you track a package for me?

Yes — stop in or call. We can pull up tracking for any carrier. But if you use the links above, you have as much information as we can get. They don’t give any special toys unfortunately.

The status says “Delivered” but I don’t see my package.

This is common when drivers scan early or leave the package at a different door. We can help you confirm delivery, check with the carrier, or file an inquiry if needed.

What if my package is delayed?

Every carrier has different rules. We’ll help you understand what’s normal, what’s not, and whether you should wait or open a case.

Do you help with returns?

Yes — bring us your item. For returns we can print labels, pack it, or scan your prepaid returns for UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
