We can save the card, billing information, contact details, and the shipping preferences you use most often. Those preferences can be broad standing rules, changed for a particular shipment, or added as we learn how you want different products handled. A walk-in shipment may still be possible, but timing depends on the item, instructions, current workload, and carrier pickup schedule.

Receipt and tracking
When the label is completed, you receive an email receipt with the shipment details and tracking number. The card on file is charged once per day.
Save the rules you use often. Change them whenever the shipment calls for it.

We can save broad rules, create different instructions for repeat products, or change the plan for a specific shipment. If a preference conflicts with an address, deadline, restriction, package condition, or carrier limitation, we contact you rather than forcing the shipment through the wrong service.

A valid credit card is kept on the StarPak account so shipments do not wait for a separate checkout. An email receipt with tracking is sent when each label is completed.
Clear Pricing
Shipping label costs remain separate. Packing may be priced as a combined StarPak box-and-labor amount, itemized when appropriate, or set at an agreed fixed price for a repeat product.
Daily, Not Monthly
Charges are consolidated once per day. StarPak is not a monthly billing or open-credit account.
Tax treatment.
StarPak packing charges—including combined box-and-labor pricing or fixed repeat-product pricing—are taxed. Shipping label costs are not taxed.
Bring two or more items at the same time and save 5% on packing labor.
The discount applies to packing labor for items dropped off together. Shipping labels, boxes, and packing materials are not included in the discount.
Same-day shipping is the goal, not an unconditional promise.
We aim to pack and ship StarPak drop-offs the same day whenever the item, instructions, workload, and carrier schedule allow.
