Package receiving is available only by prior arrangement.
Star MailHub and More may accept packages for customers who do not maintain a private mailbox, but the service is not open-use and our address may not be used without approval. Packages received without approval, will be refused, and/or returned to the carrier immediately.
Do not send a package to our address until arrangements are confirmed.
You must speak with us first and receive approval, addressing instructions, and any shipment-specific conditions before placing an order or directing a carrier to our location.
Packages sent without prior authorization will be refused or returned to the carrier.
Every shipment is reviewed before acceptance.
1. Contact Us First
Tell us what is being shipped, which carrier is involved, the approximate size and weight, and when it is expected.
2. Receive Approval
We will confirm whether the shipment can be accepted and provide the exact addressing instructions and applicable conditions.
3. Pick Up With ID
The named recipient must present valid photo identification when collecting the package.
Approval depends on the specific shipment.
- Prior approval is required for every non-mailbox receiving arrangement.
- Only the addressing format provided by Star MailHub and More may be used.
- Fees, holding periods, and pickup requirements may vary by shipment.
- Size, weight, carrier, delivery method, timing, and available storage space all affect acceptance.
- Oversized, freight, palletized, refrigerated, hazardous, restricted, or unusually valuable shipments require separate review and may not be accepted.
- The recipient name must match the approved arrangement and identification presented at pickup.
This is not a public delivery address.
Posting, saving, or repeatedly using the Star MailHub and More address does not create an ongoing package-receiving account. A previous acceptance does not authorize future shipments unless we specifically confirm otherwise.
Customers who need a permanent receiving address or frequent package acceptance should consider a private mailbox rental.
Occasional receiving and ongoing mailbox service are different.
