UPS shipping, drop-offs, returns, Happy Returns, and packing help—with a local counter team.
Star MailHub and More is a UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet serving customers who need domestic, air, international, return, and prepaid-label support.
Bring the item, destination, deadline, or return instructions. We can help identify the appropriate UPS workflow before the shipment enters the carrier network.
Choose the service around the package, address, and deadline.
Ground Shipping
For eligible domestic packages where cost and delivery window matter more than air service.
Air Services
For time-sensitive domestic shipments using available UPS air service levels.
International Shipping
For eligible documents and parcels requiring customs information and destination-specific review.
Prepaid Drop-Offs
For properly packaged shipments with a valid, scannable UPS label.
The retailer’s instructions determine the return workflow.
UPS return programs are not interchangeable. Some returns use a printed UPS label, some use a supported QR workflow, and some require packaging or a specific return location.
- Bring the return instructions from the retailer or vendor
- Bring the valid label or QR code exactly as provided
- Keep all required parts, accessories, and original contents together
- Do not assume every retailer QR code is a UPS QR code
See the broader Package Drop-Off guide for label, QR, packaging, and retailer-specific differences.
Amazon returns are not one single system.
We accept eligible returns that specifically provide a supported UPS label or supported UPS QR workflow. Follow the return instructions shown in the Amazon app or email.
Label-free Happy Returns require the correct Happy Returns QR code.
Happy Returns is a separate UPS return workflow for participating retailers. The item is accepted only when the Happy Returns QR code scans successfully in the correct system.
- Bring the exact Happy Returns QR code provided by the retailer
- Bring every item included in that return
- Follow the retailer’s packaging instructions
- Receive confirmation after the return is successfully scanned
A standard UPS label, ordinary retailer QR code, or unsupported Amazon QR code is not automatically a Happy Returns code.
Use the live carrier schedule—not an old time printed on a service page.
Pickup timing can change because of holidays, weather, carrier routing, and operating conditions. A package must be accepted and successfully scanned before the current pickup to enter that pickup cycle.
The shipping rate is based on the finished package.
Bring the loose item when professional packing is needed. The box dimensions, cushioning, closure, and final weight can change the available UPS service and rate.
- Appropriate box sizing
- Fragile-item protection and cushioning
- Electronics, artwork, framed items, and odd shapes
- Multi-item shipments and heavier parcels
- Repacking when customer packaging is not carrier-ready
Already packed?
We can measure and weigh the package, inspect the exterior condition, and determine whether it is ready for acceptance. Inadequate packaging requires correction before shipment.
For regular business shipping, see StarPak Packing & Shipping.
Five steps from item to carrier handoff.
Bring the shipment
Bring the item or packed box, destination, and any deadline or return instructions.
Verify the workflow
We determine whether it is a new shipment, prepaid drop-off, standard return, QR return, or Happy Returns transaction.
Pack or inspect
We prepare the shipment or confirm that the existing packaging is acceptable.
Process and scan
The shipment or return is entered into the appropriate UPS system.
Secure the handoff
Accepted packages remain secured at the store until the next scheduled UPS pickup.
International service starts with exact customs information.
International shipments require a complete recipient address, phone number, email address, specific contents descriptions, quantity, value, country of manufacture, and any destination-required importer information.
Service availability depends on the destination, contents, value, customs rules, sanctions, and current UPS acceptance requirements.
Check before coming in.
Use the Country Restrictions and Requirements tool, then complete the International Shipping Form.
Questions before bringing the package.
Can I drop off a prepaid UPS package?
Yes, when it has a valid scannable UPS label and the packaging is acceptable for shipment.
Can you print my label?
Yes. Label printing is available as a paid print service when you have a valid label file or instructions that produce one.
Do you accept UPS QR returns?
We accept eligible UPS QR workflows that successfully scan in the correct system. Follow the retailer’s instructions and bring the original QR code.
Do you accept Happy Returns?
Yes, when the retailer provides a valid Happy Returns QR code and the return successfully scans in the Happy Returns system.
Do you accept every Amazon return?
No. Amazon uses multiple return networks. We accept only returns that specifically provide an eligible UPS label or supported UPS QR workflow.
Do you have UPS packaging?
Available carrier packaging depends on the selected UPS service and current supply. Standard shipping boxes and professional packing are also available.
Do you offer Hold for Pickup?
No. This store is not a UPS Hold for Pickup location.
Can you guarantee the pickup or delivery?
No. We can confirm successful acceptance and the selected service, but pickup and transportation remain subject to UPS operations, terms, and exceptions.
Use the page that matches the shipment.
Have a UPS shipment, return, or Happy Returns QR code?
Bring the item, label, QR code, destination, or retailer instructions to Star MailHub and More. We will identify the correct UPS workflow before accepting it.
